When you commit to play at U Conn there has to be a realization that if you do not make it into the starting five or seven - and think about that for a moment - you will sit on the bench as a cheering and high five-ing section for most of games unless UConn is up by 25 with a minute to go.
I hope Mir makes it back from injury. I watched a couple of her Virginia games - she hustled and had a knack for grabbing rebounds (off & def ) like Aubrey.
Mir is an amazing athletic & skilled b-ball talent. Her leaving sucked. But? That's what Geno gets for his "diamond-polishing" coaching style.
why are we bring all these girls in that have no chance of playing here?
can we go after top 10 players only and not waste time with others that will never play here?
how about a top 10 6'5" girl would be nice not the 6' 5" girls that are not ranked at all???
