UConn is a finalist for the No. 5 player in the class of 2023. Last week, Ashlynn Shade, a 5-9 guard out of Noblesville, Indiana, released her final eight: Indiana, Louisville, North Caroline, Notre Dame, Stanford, Tennessee, and Vanderbilt alongside the Huskies.
